Skygauge Robotics delivers drone-based contact inspection and maintenance solutions for industrial assets. Our drone replaces scaffolding, rope access, and lifts by enabling direct, stable contact with structures such as storage tanks, flare stacks, piping, bridges, and offshore infrastructure.
Using interchangeable payloads, the system performs ultrasonic thickness (UT) inspections, coating thickness (DFT) measurements, surface preparation, minor repairs, and close visual inspections in hard-to-reach or hazardous environments. The result is reduced reliance on access build, faster inspection execution, and improved inspection coverage within shutdown and turnaround constraints.
The Skygauge Drone is used by inspection service providers and asset operators across oil and gas, power generation, marine, mining, and heavy industry where access limitations drive cost, delay, and safety exposure.
